Distant Reiki Healing
Distant Reiki, also known as remote or absentee Reiki, is a healing technique that allows a practitioner to send Reiki energy to someone who is not physically present.

This practice is based on the idea that energy is not limited by time or space and can be directed across distances. Reiki practitioners use specific techniques to connect with the recipient’s energy, intending to send healing for physical, emotional, or spiritual well-being.
During a distant Reiki session, the practitioner may use symbols, visualization, and meditation to focus the energy on the recipient. The recipient doesn’t need to do anything specific, although it’s helpful if they can relax and remain open to receiving.
Sessions are scheduled at a certain time, allowing the recipient to feel the effects more consciously, but Reiki can also be sent to a specific time in the past or future as needed for healing purposes.
Distant Reiki can be helpful for those unable to attend in-person sessions, such as individuals who are far away, housebound, or dealing with a situation where direct contact is challenging. Recipients often report feeling relaxed, peaceful, and more balanced after receiving distant Reiki.
